The Madison Area Builders Association (MABA) has been hosting a Parade of Homes event in June since 1950. MABA hosted the First Annual Fall Parade of Homes in October 2020. This was the Madison Area's first scattered-site Parade of Homes.

Featured Fall Parade homes are individually spread across Dane County and surrounding areas, allowing visitors to see homes in a variety of neighborhoods at a variety of price points.
